Customer service was very good...one of the employee Sabia was soo good..loved the pizza.

Their pizzas aren’t as heavy as typical places like Pizza Hut

Poor customer service. Wanted to get 8 slices for $11.99 as per the offer but because the flavours I wanted were not in the warmer, the guy behind the counter wanted to charge me $15+ if he were to make a fresh one. Well, I usually go to Lynn Valley where they have no problem doing that so I guess that's where I will spend my money.

Interesting way to look at customer service here. They told me it will take 20 min for them to deliver it. I called an hour and 10 min later and the guy on the phone very casually wonders if I want to cancel it since it’s been such long time.. or if I still want it - they can deliver it in 10 minutes. No apologies offered, the guy was just surprised that I was not understanding - as it’s Saturday and it’s obviously busy for them. Wasn’t sure how to respond to that..

Fresh Slice Pizza Esplanade is our, specially my son's favorite location. We're there almost regularly. They have a great customer service. Very nice staff and manager and also friendly ladies staff Jashan and Sabia.

Not overly impressed here. Pizza had decent flavours, quality ingredients but our pizza was overcooked. Crust was like cardboard. Didn’t hold up well for leftovers. Dominos on 3rd St. is better.

Stop changing the recipe bruh.

The quality,service and staff are the best by far.I am so grateful to have been their regular costumer for a long time.Keep up the good work Would recommend it to everyone.

Absolutely shocking, was waiting for almost an hour, gave my order to the wrong person and wasted so much time while making the next one. Would not reccomend to anyone

Terrible delivery. For the second time they have canceled my order without any acceptable reason.

Their pizza is tasteless and soggy. And the worst part is the food got me and my friend sick.

I love their Pizza. I love their healthy crust and cheese. I get to have my sinful love of pizza, without paying the price of extra fat.

If you get the main guy in this outlet you’re probably going to eat one of the best pizza in your life. This guy is an asset to fresh slice as a company and put pride into his work and his customer service I recommend this establishment to anybody who is hungry but definitely to anybody who likes pizza

The most delicious and tasty pizza i’ve ever take in Vancouver!! Fresh pizza, tasty, delicious and of course with lots of topping options for u to choose.first time i ordered protein pizza and a chicken salad, both were perfect and i tried other pizzas they were awesome as well!To be honest, if u try once u gonna be regular customer.

Quality and service is at par with best Freshslice outlets.. the butter chicken pizza is so so great.. we were dominos loyal but now converted.. Staff and Manager are very good. Can't believe the calories chart attached but it's the icing on the cake..

It’s so good

Pizza is ok, and service is fair-poor.They don't have customer satisfaction as their top priority.Management needs to step it up here and make some improvements in cleanliness, and the speed of service to the customer. The staff act like they don't want to serve you. When they do, they go very slowly and a line of 3 people can take 15 minutes, since they wait for the person's order to be competely finished before taking the next order, even if they are reheating someone's pizza for a few minutes. They need to serve faster than that.

I have tried several times delivery and dine in as well, it is always awesome, fresh taste, delisious, i really love it.

Its pizza at a reasonable price. Just because I gave it 5 stars, doesn't make it anything beyond the McDonalds of pizza. Decent, fast, and cheaper than others.

Yeah sometimes there busy and takes awhile to receive food? But that’s reasonable. Overall the food is the good & the manager is so friendly & remembers regulars & everyone’s names! i feel very welcomed :))

I ordered online and the delivery driver said he couldn’t find my address in gps so he wouldn’t deliver the pizza. I triple checked the address in my confirmation email and it was correct so I called the restaurant and told them and their response was basically that they didn’t care and they wouldn’t deliver my pizza. Terrible service all around.
